Astronomy OpenStack Training Session 2021

A training session for prospective users of the resources dedicated for astronomy access on the Swinburne cell of the NeCTAR Cloud network.

Topics covered include:

• a general introduction to cloud computing and OpenStack;
• a demonstration on setting up a simple virtual machine (VM);
• a brief overview of some other possible, more advanced, workflows.
